The API Algae Glass Scraper is perfect to shift algae from a glass aquarium.
The extra-long handle is perfect to keep your hands dry, and to ensure that no patch of algae escapes the scrubbing pad. The handle is sturdy and comfortable to use, so even a large tank can be cleaned easily.
Rinse the scrubbing pad before and after use, ideally in clean tap water. Always ensure that there are no pieces of gravel trapped in the scrubbing pad.
DO NOT USE ON ACRYLIC AQUARIUMS OR ANY MATERIAL OTHER THAN GLASS
Caution: If aquarium gravel is picked up on pad, wash off before using since gravel will scratch glass surfaces. Do not use pressure so extreme as it could scratch or break the aquarium glass.
